One of London’s leading luxury aesthetics practices, Aestha has a simple ethos – working to boost people’s confidence by subtly enhancing natural beauty through a select number of innovative treatments.
When Aestha Skin Clinics first approached Underline regarding a revamp, they already had a website but it utilised a relatively basic format and closely resembled the homepages of many of their local competitors. It lacked the glamourous glow and looked tired. They commissioned us to redesign their website and wanted to automate their booking system. Their representatives reached out to us to discuss an upgrade that would be bespoke.

The Results
After careful UX & UI analysis we determined the biggest flaw for their previous site was it’s user experience. Our primary goal throughout the UX phase was to design a customer experience that required a minimal level of thought from the user. Everything on the screen had to have a purpose, and all page clutter was removed. With a clean layout, we also added an online store to sell their recommended products and integrated an appointment booking system which automatically syncs flawlessly with their calendars.



Post-launch website results
We focused on transforming Aestha’s SEO strategy and implementing designs that ensured their strong presence in search rankings. This resulted in large improvements to both organic keyword positions and the online conversion rate.

The Brand
Aestha already had an established brand identity when we engaged, but it didn’t reflect the “lux” feel of their business industry. It was too playful, rather than sophisticated or sleek.
Our approach was to elevate the brand by adopting a style and a colour palette that was in keeping with Aestha’s luxury design ethos.
