Amro Vantage is a well-established provider of high-quality student accommodation across the South East of England. Their superbly-located properties have a vibrant, inclusive environment for students to live, study and socialise in.
Following the successful launch of Amro Living, AREP approached Underline to develop a brand in-line with their existing brand image. They wanted an eye-catching fully incorporated site that will take a user from their initial search to booking confirmation – all without breaking the brand position.

The Results
We worked hard to capture the essence of balance within the student community and the outcome reflects that all of Amro Vantage’s residences are balanced really well with community living and individual necessities for any student to excel.


Mobile First
Our analysis showed us 73% of the users for the Amro Vantage website will be students aged between 18 & 26. Primarily they’ll be using mobile phones for their initial research. As such we have taken a mobile-first approach where we were determined that every pixel will look great on mobile phones as it does on large 4k monitors.


CRM Integration
Every touchpoint on the site was fully integrated with Amro Vantage’s CRM system. So every conversation, every phone calls and email exchanges were tracked accurately without the need for any double-entry.

Booking System Integration
We implemented the website with the client’s booking system, which meant users could view live availability straight on the website and go through a seamless booking journey.

Chat Functionality
Isn’t it always best to speak to a live person rather than creating an email chain straight from the get-go? Which is why we implemented a chat function where users can contact Amro team straight from the website without the need for using external communication mode. And the best bit, also being integrated with their CRM system.

Built for Search Engines
A key consideration for the launch of the new Amro Vantage website was SEO. Increasing search visibility in Google and improving rankings for key search terms is the first step in increasing online conversions, so we undertook a detailed SEO review of the website; optimising urls, on page content and meta titles and descriptions as well as implementing a comprehensive 301 strategy before launch.
