The Future Recruitment team has specialised in Engineering recruitment for over a decade and came to Underline when their old site was tired, function-bare, and not good enough for their brand. Their old site had been acquired along with the business and carried no great attachments for them, so a fresh start was the order of the day.
We were tasked with developing the brand, look and feel, and the site to equip Future Recruitment to push the brand on to mirror the growing business and move forward into exciting markets in 2021 and beyond.

Running through a consultative rebrand exercise we produced a new brand image for them that will act as a clarion to entice young and bright engineers along with seasoned professionals.

Timeless and classy yet modern and clean, we produced a deeply functional and highly integrated website that conveys unrivalled expertise and excellence, alongside assured reliability and discretion – positioning Future Recruitment as the recruiter of choice for engineers across the UK.
We carried out comprehensive UX research that informed the website’s new sitemap, information architecture, wireframes and the templates we needed to develop. We performed site usage analysis to better understand user behaviour on the existing site as well as stakeholder workshops to gain greater insight into who Future Recruitments are and how we can reflect that in the new website design.

Broadbean integration to feed jobs from their CRM to the site and huge roster of skilled engineers across the country. The challenge was to appeal to client and candidates in many sectors whilst projecting a warm and caring ethos. Not always easy for a large organisation.
A key consideration for the launch of the new Future Engineering Recruitment website was SEO. Being a leading recruitment agency to provide engineers to reputable companies across the country, they were already ranking considerably high on the search engine ladder. We undertook a detailed SEO review of the website; optimising urls, on page content and meta titles and descriptions as well as implementing a comprehensive 301 strategy before launch to ensure current SEO positions were kept and new positions were acquired.
