Underline Has Been Appointed to Be the New Digital Agency for the Green Rooms

Teaming data-driven insight with stand-out creative, we were asked to transform a groundbreaking brand proposition into an equally groundbreaking digital brand.

Offering stylish homes for rent in MediaCityUK, Manchester, The Green Rooms is part of a new revolution in renting. Their flexible lease terms, community approach and all-inclusive living arrangements truly make this a groundbreaking proposal on a saturated rental market.

Following an intense screening, session Underline was appointed to act as The Green Rooms’ new digital agency. We are tasked with creating a brand website along with fully integrating the site with a bespoke property booking platform, ERP and property management system. Fully-featured API data stream between the site and a resident app to keep things flawlessly behave as a single brand.

Properties on offer are luxury in nature, with high standards in fixtures and fittings, located within the creative hub of Manchester MediaCityUK, so the brand website should reflect the creative vibe and premium feel to it.
